Untold Stories of Racialised Experience: Embodied Healing and Integration

Experiential Workshop for Psychotherapists, Counsellors and Healthcare Professionals

This experiential workshop offers a reflective and creative space for psychotherapists, counsellors and healthcare professionals from racialised backgrounds to explore how racialised experience is held in the body.

Through storytelling, creative expression and guided breathwork, participants are invited to connect with their embodied and emotional responses, allowing meaning to emerge in their own time.

Rather than defining these experiences in fixed or theoretical ways, the workshop invites participants to stay close to their own emotional and embodied responses. Through storytelling, creative exploration, and guided breathwork, participants are supported to explore what may feel difficult to name, often held beneath awareness or repeated in relational patterns.

This racialised experience workshop is not a theoretical training, but an experiential space grounded in lived experience.
