Stress Reduction Course for Muslim Women

Stress is our body’s way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. When we are taxed beyond our limits, our physiological and psychological balance can be pushed over the edge. Our automatic reactions to the stresses in life, largely determine how much stress we experience. Automatic reactions prevent us from seeing things clearly, solving problems creatively and expressing our emotions effectively when we need to communicate with others.
