Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present moment, on purpose, with kindness and compassion, in a non-judgemental way.
During these midweek mindfulness drop-ins, you will be doing a 15-20 mins mindfulness exercise, which will be followed by an opportunity talk with the teacher to share your experiences.
